wtf? this kind if developer really pisses me off! that is of course if they are really doing all these to attract buyers...if they can "creatively telling the truth" on this, who knows what else they can come up with, or worse, the existing promises...??

To be honest, the last time I heard from SA is that the enblock is RESERVED rather than SOLD to Koreans..

The SA told you that the whole block was sold out??

The fastest way (i can think of) will be getting into kesas highway and get into Maju expressway to KLCC...

In order to get into kesas highway, you will hav to use sg.besi - puchong way to bukit jalil, go thru bukit jalil and get into kesas..

Cant think of another faster route.. anyone mind to share??

KL is north-east while puchong is south west of klang valley (taking PJ as center point).. unless you dun mind driving some 30km to KLCC area.. blush.gif

If any of you guys uses sg besi-puchong way you will see that its quite jammed in the morning.

I do have friends that travel from Puchong towards Astro.

They would rather go down to Kesas and pay up.

sad.gif

3 yrs down the road, if there is no widening of the road, it will get worst....

Cheers...

Bad jam from Puchong to sg besi happens near avilla apartment infront of petronas bcos of the bottle neck infront of petronas station. 3 road joining the puchong - sgbesi way (from puchong jaya, LDP and Sunway).. traffic is smooth after the ramp to BK5.. in order to get to KL from Zest, you onli need to pass the tunnel in front of Giant and get to opposite direction of the road heading to TPM.. ok.. the traffic light there will take a while..

Another jam area is near the turf club roundabout.. but if you cut thru bkt jalil, u will not pass there..

You can take 1 morning and try there... plz tell me if i m wrong nod.gif .. we are here to exchange info smile.gif

Like chenster and ghinna said, either way, you will still jam near Jalan Tun Razak..

Just use the cut to OUG then exit at Old Klang Road.

That will be last resort I guess.. rclxub.gif

I will only do that if Maju Expressway got collapse and Smart Tunnel got flooded..

rates will be the same regardless through SA or scout your own .... finance by the same bank mah,,,

shhhisshhhzz... damn bz these days,... need to add intercooler to ma brain edi...
*
Even with the same bank, different individual will still get different rate depending on individual credit profile (CCRIS), loan tenure (not everyone taking 20 years), and loan amount (not everyone applying for 90%)..

Moreover, the rate is not the sole factor to determine your loan, other matters like exit penalty, Conv or Flexi, maintenance charges, prepayment clause, partial perpayment clause, easy access to bank for loan payment and withdrawal.. etc etc.. Searching for loan is not as easy as buying vege from market brows.gif

mind to share why you think everyone is taking from same bank and everyone is getting the same rate? hmm.gif

This is the first time i see Zest is advertising on The Star.

Sales slowing down ? hmmmmmmmm
*
Its about time for Zest to get noticed by general public now.. you cant get Branding by not advertising to the general public smile.gif

I guess they had played the game well.. with 90% for block C and 30% for block B sold in half year without any official launching, its time for them to start bragging about this project and attract more buyers..

No surprise that they advertise it in the paper

eh, imho for block A, the klcc view might be obscured by block C to a certain extent rite? hmmm...can't really visualise now. but block A's north view should be able to have a nice view of menara tm la...lol

actually for block C's east view, the higher floors should be able to have a bird's eye view of the bkt jalil golf course n possibly the mines golf course as well  brows.gif

I have measured from wikimapia.. standing at Block A balcony, KLCC is some where north between 30 - 45 degree .. block C is blocking view that are 45 degrees onwards... nod.gif
