why not just create a blogspot or The Zest Forum. it will help The Zest owner and make it more easy to communicate when the properties is completed. then the forum can use to post the lastest news or complaint from the residence...so, who didnt pay the "maintenance fees" will be listed in the forum..wakakaka !!!

i can help setup this..but dunno izzit allow by the Trinity Management or not..

batilcl, maybe u can rename the fb group to "The Zest @ Kinrara 9 Service Apartments" instead of TheZest coz the latter is quite ambiguous. other fellow Zest owners might not be able to find this group if they did not come across this thread in lyn forum.

Im not aware of this but not surprise either, based on the advertisement material and the model block i have always thought the pool is small cos they have lack of space if u look at the design.

Well, definately there will be a traffic light. YET... It might not be U-turn-able...

It might just be a one way traffic light that ONLY enable traffic from Balai Bomba to turn to right aka KL direction and no other way. As i think this is the only way that create the least effect towards the traffic flow. The function of the traffic light is to enable the BOMBA/traffic shortcuting to kl direction.

My 2 cent... might be wrong... yet making sense based on the divider shape being constructed there...
