while HDA is Housing Development Act

yea, our SNP is complied with HDA but it is still on commercial title as quit rent and assessment rate still based on commercial. Utility tariff is still under mutual agreement between developer and utility providers.

ZEC is good if u plan to flip upon completion, since both NZEC and ZEC also got lock-in.. save you few thousand of legal fee.. so like gogo say, -2.1 or -2.3 doesnt matter anymore

Went to prop fair in midvalley today.. Rather dissappointed with the small number developer showcasing thier product. The rest are like banks booth hard selling their "plastic cards"

Zest is there as well.. There is a slight increase in sales for Block C (especially west view).. More than 10 booking already done for Block B... Sales looks good so far..

Just found out from developer that they used to monitor our post in forum and they can recognized what I post since I am using my name as login ID ... I should hav used other name like "TD&H" .. (tom d*** and harry) instead

I didnt say west view selling better.. it is just that there is a slight improvement for west view bcos there are more units not taken up before this .. there is no sales improvement on the east units bcos all almost sold out, so how to improve summore

then who you think those ppl are who bought west view leh??

Koi Kinrara, Villamas, Sri Bayu, Impian Heights and Atmofera located on the same hill.. you hav to use the trunk road (that leads to old klang road) and follow Koi Kinrara sign borad.. quite a lot of turns before reaching there..

Tat is Koi Tropika.. same developer.. Koi Kinrara still under construction..
