White balance = i only use white balance dropper tool and tweak a little bit.. sharpness just use smart sharpen at 50% amount (lens blur)..

Anyone know what's the difference btw Tamron 90mm f2.8 Macro DI version and non-DI version?
I know DI version is made specifically for digital slr, but the non-DI works well with current dslr rite?
Anyone owns a non-DI version?

drool.gif 70300G!
the non-DI version is much cheaper than the DI one. But I don't know what's the difference btw those 2.
googled about it, it's like DI version reduces more flare with some coating.
Is it worth buying the non-DI one? icon_question.gif

so if reaching like 50k shutter count, can just simply burst more picture until shutter die? then change under warranty for free?

Added on December 17, 2008, 6:35 pmsorry out of slr topic a bit.
i have a sony point and shoot N2, no more warranty edi.
under macro mode, it cant focus at all, i think there is something wrong with the macro focusing motor. The focusing speed has dropped compared to when i just bought it.
shutter count is 7k+, took like 4k+ photo when i was in US.
Do u guys know roughly how much to change the motor/shutter?
I wanna keep it cos it's still a good camera, small and sharp! a lot sharper than my 1870 =.=

Because P&S uses heavy digital sharpening. You can do sharpening in Alpha as well but the default is off.
*
How to turn on the sharpening? i already put +3 but it's still not as sharp.
