Anyone know what's the difference btw Tamron 90mm f2.8 Macro DI version and non-DI version?
I know DI version is made specifically for digital slr, but the non-DI works well with current dslr rite? Anyone owns a non-DI version? |

QUOTE(achew @ Dec 16 2008, 03:32 PM) ohh my..good question..i've just decided to drop my 70300G n get a macro instead..would like to find out more info about this lens too..so dat i can make a good comparison btwn this n sony one....btw..wads the street price out there in msia???sg having low on stock n alot shops r raising the price the non-DI version is much cheaper than the DI one. But I don't know what's the difference btw those 2. googled about it, it's like DI version reduces more flare with some coating. Is it worth buying the non-DI one? |

so if reaching like 50k shutter count, can just simply burst more picture until shutter die? then change under warranty for free?
Added on December 17, 2008, 6:35 pmsorry out of slr topic a bit. i have a sony point and shoot N2, no more warranty edi. under macro mode, it cant focus at all, i think there is something wrong with the macro focusing motor. The focusing speed has dropped compared to when i just bought it. shutter count is 7k+, took like 4k+ photo when i was in US. Do u guys know roughly how much to change the motor/shutter? I wanna keep it cos it's still a good camera, small and sharp! a lot sharper than my 1870 =.= This post has been edited by tanjq87: Dec 17 2008, 06:35 PM |
