i currently hving 50mm prime + cz1680.......might get a SAL70300G as a gift..but nt sure whether i would utiliz all the 3 lenses anot..coz my crumpler bag can only bring 2..lol..don wanna neglect any of my lens

the 1680cz is better than 16105 in terms of contrast (awesome microcontrast from T* coating) and larger aperture. it's also slightly better in terms of corner sharpness. i guess you get what you paid for. i would get the zeiss if i have extra bucks... but for budget conscious people, 16105 is a wiser choice. it has better build quality than the zeiss.

Hey all, got any recommendation on where to service lens besides Sony Center?
I need to service my KM 28-75 f2.8, I think aperture blade got some oil. Only sharp at f7.1 and above as compared to a friends KM. I got another KM 28-75 f2.8 coming from US (crazy already), might wanna sell off either one of once I got both in my hands.

just tested 16~80CZ in sony...that lens is really really sharp..and bokeh looks good too(compare to kitlens )

guys, i just got the alpha 200. bought from the pc fair last sunday, but didnt get the complete survival kit. can i claim all the stuff that i didnt get from sony centre ? and what kind of lcd proctector that u guys use for the lcd, and what about  the uv lens protector ?
