today company team building, using 55200mm to shoot big group family photo, need to stand so far
then change to 1870mm, done on group photos, swap back to 55200mm for candid shoot then swap to km 50mm shoot portrait hell, thinking to sell off both kit lenses and go for 18250mm much better, much less space to keep, no need change lens. really recommend for those who going to buy twin lens camera soon |

QUOTE(xwteoh @ Dec 23 2008, 11:23 AM) are you mean you break it when the LCD was pull down and crash with some thing when u walking around Added on December 23, 2008, 6:36 pm QUOTE(goldfries @ Dec 23 2008, 11:31 AM) i'd rather just use Av mode, control the aperture (and ISO) and let the camera do shutter setting - still beats having a lot of "AIYAH!!!" due to human error. u mean pro also a lot of them using A mode instead of M mode. myself also feel that too Added on December 23, 2008, 6:39 pm QUOTE(signither @ Dec 23 2008, 11:40 AM) really?? i tried it for closeup last time.. quite ok la.. but never tried for portraiture.. afraid it's gonna be too tight.. so must stay very far for the subject la ya, previously i was using 55200 to shoot group photo (>50ppl) and i need to stand very far....there are 2 point n shoot users blocking my way too as they also to capture the photo oo ya ka?? thanks for poiting that out mate Added on December 23, 2008, 6:43 pm QUOTE(achew @ Dec 23 2008, 01:03 PM) i also use AP or SP most of the time..maybe its stil early for me to touch M yet..afraid to lose some precious moment with my noobish skill... =( you are good d, always can use gf to practise This post has been edited by jimlim007: Dec 23 2008, 06:43 PM |

QUOTE(wilson88 @ Dec 23 2008, 06:46 PM) I got a total different experience compare to yours repair LCD (replace LCD or LCD bracket) seem different with repair lens, lens is more critical and i think must be equipment with certain knowledge only able to fix on it I send in my 75-300 for service because I complained that the zoom is very stiff. It took a total of 3 months to get back my lens. I called the stupid customer careline like once a week and once I really gave a good scolding. After my 15 minutes lecture, the personnel call back say that they are sending my lens back to malaysia because they have fix the lens at singapore. A simple problem took them 3 freakin months to fix it. I am very disappointed Added on December 23, 2008, 6:52 pm QUOTE(AlphaBeta @ Dec 23 2008, 06:44 PM) A mode is Aperture mode, Auto is Auto mode This post has been edited by jimlim007: Dec 23 2008, 06:52 PM |

QUOTE(Ahmike @ Dec 31 2008, 02:43 AM) Read this http://www.photographybay.com/2008/12/29/p...view/#more-1088 oh my god, just bought less than 6 months "Sony Expect new DSLRs from Sony this year - and lots of’em. I received an email tip from someone who provided accurate info on the A900 that the entire Sony Alpha DSLR lineup will be replaced in 2009. I don’t know whether all the cameras will drop at PMA, but I expect to see several there. I would say that the A300/A350 (Read Photography Bay’s Sony A350 Review) and A700 are ripe for replacement at PMA. Additionally, don’t count out CES as a possible news outlet for Sony Alpha DSLRs. The A200 was announced at CES 2008, which was prior to the A300/A350 announcement at PMA. " i sure will sell my DSLR and go for it if it real Added on December 31, 2008, 12:47 pm QUOTE(ah_Hui @ Dec 31 2008, 12:00 PM) from kulim or kedah, call call me go TT This post has been edited by jimlim007: Dec 31 2008, 12:47 PM |
