QUOTE(SHOfrE3zE @ Dec 29 2008, 01:42 AM) donno la bro.. never tried siggy 2470 b4.. but 24mm on APS-C is not wide enough for me la on wedding sessions.. unless u have a FF camera then 24mm will be ngam.. once i covered a wedding in Kedah that have a very small room.. it's a kampung house and i can only use 17mm because of the space contrain.. QUOTE(SHOfrE3zE @ Dec 29 2008, 02:19 PM) oic. yeah i like to get the wide angle range too but the siggy can reach further than the tammy. well both has it pros & cons but the question is, which produces better image quality? Tamron sample images : HERESigma sample images : HERE Same old siggy problem with alpha body.. stripping gear : HERE i think the image quality is about the same lah.. the question is whether u need wide angle more or more tele.. as for me, i need more wide angle coz i already have beercan to cover 70-210mm range.. |

QUOTE(ohzmygod @ Dec 29 2008, 08:21 PM) QUOTE These lenses contain a distance encoder. This allows the camera to read the current focus distance from the lens. The information is used for ADI flash. With non-D lenses you can not use ADI (Advanced Distance Integration).. This post has been edited by amadeo: Dec 29 2008, 08:41 PM |

haiya... u can always ask the shop lah if it's underwater or ori set.. nonid to hear the salesman talk nonsense about other shop camera stock.. a few thread b4 i heard shop selling F58AM for RM1300 tells ppl other shop that sell below RM1300 is underwater set.. duuuhh.. what the heck.. so far ppl buying F58 for RM1100++ all original warranty set.. same goes to the A200.. simply ask is this set comes with local warranty? if yes, RM1499 + 4GB card + tripid + bag is super duper jelly good price oredi..
p.s. yup.. underwater set is much more expensive than our local set.. unless it's from HK (i think so).. Japan osso selling A900 RM2K more expensive wooo |
