Nice colors! Since the flower is bent to the right, I would suggest putting the flower to the left of the frame, to give it more space. thumbup.gif

odd though
i have a transcend and kingston both 8gb both 133x

i was playing around with continuous shooting mode
the transcend was able to burst 13 photos (jpg) but the kingston is only able to burst 9 photos (jpg)
wink.gif

Can you replicate this with consistency? I mean is this frame rate consistent every time you try it?

for such a relatively easy job scope, I think RM50 per hour is good pay. (RM50 x 10 hours = RM500)

WOW... lotsa question to answer there.. LOLz... let me try to list all of it... with me now.. just came out of a box in a cabinet after like 10 years havent seen any lights...
1. Clubman MC Auto Zoom 1:4.5-5.5 f=80-200mm
2. Tokina-Special Auto 28mm 1:2.8
3. ASAHI OPT. CO., JAPAN SMC Pentax-M 1:3.5 135mm
4. ASAHI OPT. CO., JAPAN SMC Pentax 1:1.4/50

i think u can see la from the focal length n aperture from name. biggrin.gif so far i only dig this 4 lenses out.. dunno if still got others..
so... can i use the M42 adapter n fix it at my A300??? i know that AF is not-usable... n need a few f-stop down wasn't it...
if confirm can be use.. i wanna send for cleaning n grab myself a M42  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
How do you mount these lenses onto your dad's camera? If it was screw mounted, then chances these are M42 lenses will be high. But if these are something like modern camera mounting system (i.e. a simple twist & click) then chances are that these are not M42 lenses and you buy M42 adaptor for Alpha also useless.... sweat.gif

I wouldn't go for that flash.... the deal simply sounds too dodgy to be true. If selling on behalf of a friend, how come both models also got?! I will call that a scam.... sweat.gif

by the way, ahtsong, I love your shots, especially the one with the lady rowing the boat. Great catch!

shootkk, some of your shots have very harsh shadows to it.... may try to soften the shadows next time with umbrellas / reflectors / flash (hey, you got a F58 already right?! congratulations! rclxms.gif ). Anyway, just my ideas / opinions.

How is everyone? This thread is really growing. Can't keep track anymore. Looks like I will have to use albnok's method of doing the replies on a notepad and then copy it over in a a reply soon! (btw, nice trick on that one, albert... thumbup.gif )

pardon me if the question has been asked before...

how to actually let hold the aperture blade wide open like what soulfly did?

blush.gif
*
I had done this a long time ago when I reversed my 50mm f1.7 and had to control the aperture to a certain degree.... just fold up a piece of paper and slot it into the space where the lever which activates the aperture blades. Simple mechanical procedure. No harm done to the lens, unless you used excessive force or used a piece of metal to jam the lever.... sweat.gif
