QUOTE(signither @ Dec 29 2008, 01:49 AM) one of the major diff would be the range i guess.. 1750 would be wider than 2470.. set ur kitlens to 24mm and see.. yup obviously 17 is wider. i forgot 2 mentioned the diff in term of picture quality. coz i was considering the sigma 2 since the price is almost the samy with the tammy. Added on December 29, 2008, 2:21 pmQUOTE(amadeo @ Dec 29 2008, 01:54 AM) donno la bro.. never tried siggy 2470 b4.. but 24mm on APS-C is not wide enough for me la on wedding sessions.. unless u have a FF camera then 24mm will be ngam.. once i covered a wedding in Kedah that have a very small room.. it's a kampung house and i can only use 17mm because of the space contrain.. oic. yeah i like to get the wide angle range too but the siggy can reach further than the tammy. well both has it pros & cons but the question is, which produces better image quality? QUOTE(patdidi @ Dec 30 2008, 05:43 PM) just bought a300x on xmas day, after more than 2 months reviewing every aspect of dslr, my choice went to sony a300x. the other candidates were 1. Pentax K200D 2. Canon 1000D 3. Sony A200 but then a300 won my heart » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « u've made a wise decision my friend. welcome to your new home, brother.

QUOTE(hanafinoor @ Dec 31 2008, 05:03 PM) Interested here. I bought a backdrop from digicolor few days ago....stand rm200 and backdrop rm 170. My backdrop is a chroma key backdrop so its easy to masking, change color, selection etc with photoshop. A big studio size backdrop. Heres the example. Model - our own Ihsan. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Ihsan in ori chroma key - green backdrop. photoshop to change color - blue. photoshop to change color - maroon. u need more work on the masking. i can still see some rough edges on his cheeks, elbow and the most hardest part 2 mask, the hair. just my 2 cents. QUOTE(hanafinoor @ Dec 31 2008, 05:11 PM) Haha its ok i didnt do except change hue or anything even feathering - just wanna show my backdrop je. owh okay..hehe. but yeah i can see it's easier to make masking with your backdrop since the color is solid. so it takes less time 2 edit. very nice.
