Please note that we DO ACCEPT your book vouchers (BB1M) however the procedure/process is different from klang valley students.

Step 1 : Check with us for availability and price of books/items you intend to purchase from us (send order form).
Step 2 : Wait for our confirmation of price and stock availability
Step 3 : If agreed, please send us the voucher via poslaju or any trackable delivery methods. (Non-trackable not recommended for security reasons)
Step 1 : Before sending off the voucher, please ensure you have your name, IC number and a valid college/university stamp on the voucher.
Step 2 : For verification purposes, we would require a photocopy or scanned copy of your IC and student ID and your college/university telephone contact.
Step 3 : Once we received and verified with your college/university, we would contact you and proceed with your order.
Step 4 : We will send the books by parcel post (trackable) at your cost.
Step 5 : Wait for the books to arrive at your doorstep.

Terms and condition :
1. We reserve the rights to reject any invalid or damaged vouchers.
2. In case of rejected vouchers, we return you by a trackable delivery method.
3. We are not responsible for the loss or any damaged vouchers in transit.
5. Voucher terms and condition are as stated by the Ministry (KPT).
6. Please ensure you have read and understand our terms and condition stated before send us your vouchers.

I do know that this process is tedious and that we could not guarantee the acceptance of your vouchers. However, we would try our best to make sure nothing unwanted happens during the process.
