err bamboo shot very easy only..just point and shoot lol!
set the pic ratio to 16:9 and u can get this kinda wider-than-normal shots.

the last pic just zoom in all the way..see so kacang ! haha

yeah well for me that looks better than the original. btw, in my opinion, shouldn't use the 16:9 all the time for vertical shots..shots like these can use the 4:3 ratio d.
makes ur pic a lil too long for all i think.

yeah but the raw pics from this camera sometimes lacks the 'punch'. it does provide the pics..need to further boost it with PP skills!

keep shooting and u'll get better! the LX3 has lotsa potential for creative shots..especially with the 16:9 crop ratio! smile.gif

imho, you should work on your composition more. pictures looks normal la. and perhaps u should also select your subjects. anyone can shoot a dog standing still.

u might want to look for different and more interesting angles if u want to shoot ordinary subjects so that they appear more than just ordinary smile.gif
