y my vista ultimate always not responding

my pc:e7200 4gb ram hd3650 it should be run vista smoothly,but when i open program or run game,it will suddenly not responding and need 2 wait it 2 respond,before that i use xp no such problem,who can help me?

too many application run at same time maybe?? or maybe u should do disk cleanup and defrag once a while..

It's much better than the task manager in windows as it tells u a lot more. It helps me in identifying my ex-ASUS M3A mobo is having problem.
