Anyone know how to remove viewing  the contacts from SIM card in the contacts page?
*
use any registry editor [ you can get it from Touch Pro thread 1st page ]

in the registry editor go to HKCU > ControlPanel > Phone > ShowSim > change the value to 0 [ default is 1 ]

soft reset and you're done !

wow thanx old newspaper, i also finding da way to delete it y'day but couldn't find... so i delete it manually.. haiz...
*
if you delete it means it's permanently deleted from your sim.......why not just hide it? the tweak i mentioned earlier is just to hide it not delete...

if you really want to delete it, go to Sim manager to do it.....you can select all sim contact and wipe it off one shot rather that manually delete it from the contact...

HD user miss the D-pad like those Diamond / Touch Pro? here's something to substitute the physical D-pad..

Virtual D-Pad

user posted image

this application use G-Sensor to replicate the D-Pad. you basically tilt the device to move the cursor, or scroll a list to a certain direction. it's still in beta , works on Touch HD only with minor issue. give it a try....

more info, HERE !

In Potrait mode : perfect !

In landscape mode : some missing screen on the right side sad.gif due to the screen size...BUT could be working perfectly in HD !

This is how it suppose to look like;

this is not even available in XDA yet ! made exclusively only for LYN !

Verdict : tested and working with TP ! except in the landscape mode [ this will not replace the default calculator ], should be working perfectly with HD too ! give it a try....

Download the cab file HERE !

Thanks for your kind sharing.

Anyhow it's already available @ Dutty's ROM v1.80 @ XDA which released on 18-Feb.
Besides, the new calculator @ Dutty's v1.80 is 100% working fine and no missing screen on the right side!

sorry for my ignorant....as i'm the TP user, so i don't keep track on the new cooked rom made available for HD.. tongue.gif

if this could run well on Dutty's rom, i believe this new calculator could be running well too for HD with stock rom....
