After using my O2 XdaII for quite sometime, i've finally purchased this phone yesterday. Awesome device, and im playing with it right now. Have read y'all comments and hope u guys can teach me a few things that can improve its performance...Cheers!!

Bro how many dead pixel on ur HD? If got 1-3 dead pixies they wont entertain right? Im going back to the shop where I've purchased mine, wanted to purchase another set and tell them about the dead pixels on current HD too

Today I went to SIS Glenmarie to send my HD for 5 dead pixels lol. They say they need 3 working days to identify the prob and exchange it with a new one (under 2 weeks warranty). How i know if they're exchanging it with a new phone and not another secondhand phone...hmm lol dunno la

Now my wife's Touch Pro also got prob, phone heat up after 20mins talktime...sigh unlucky me

Anyone got the same similar probs and care to share?

Didnt install any software, izzit a windows mobile update? The install msg keeps prompting me even after i reject, hopes it not a virus heh
