ymchow yap you are correct hahaha i scolded them ... coz the privilege card there they mention extend warranty and now say is not included ... if not included dont put in... should create another page for extend warranty ... and they know how to say sorry sorry sorry only hahahahaha

contreasjun27 hard reset is in your device setting call clear storage...pimbackup...you can just google search and you will get it is a freeware
