What's problem with commercial app?

The Touch HD is about RM3K, don't tell me Touch HD owner can't afford to pay Resco Explorer @ USD30.

Got it free, means... ?

That's make me wondering...

If I can afford for RM3k device, why I can't pay USD30 (RM105) for my favor application.

What kind of logic? Likes driving BMW but using cheap tires

Which ROM version u r mentioned?

Which kind of ROM u r asking? Ship (official) or Cook (Homemade)?

After re-flash, the device will go to default factory mode which means everything is clear, nothing leave over;
Please do u backup before flash and you are recommend to do HARD RESET once after flash.

Yes, flash new rom won't erase ur memory card; But for those programs u install in card, u're require to re-install bcos the system file/registry still in main memory (device).

Of coz u need to pay for GPRS/3G/HSPDA data connection while using Google Map.

If u not active ur A-GPS on ur WM device, GPS is free of charge.

No x'tra sw bundle on official ROM; 1.18.707.3 is improve stability and some bugs fix; 1.19.831.0 is the latest and faster than 1.18.xxx.x

a) Yes, installed it long time.

b) Technically u're void the SIS warranty; But u always can flash back before you send back for claim.

c) Yes, Hard-SPL will allow u to install what ever type of ROM without ID checking.

It must be VOICE CALL \ VIDEO CALL for u to switch; I already replaced mine with Black theme, personally feel looks nicer

Good to hear that u solved ur problem

This is very personal question, to me, I'm happy to have HardSPL for me to install (or let's say PLAY with) whatever type of ROM.
I'm not using official ROM, already converted to cooked (HomeBrew) ROM which definitely faster, stable than official ROM

Please read the Xda BlackStone (Touch HD) WiKi carefully, then you should not have any problem.

Based on my past experience (from Palm III till now), I still strongly recommend BRANDO Ultra Clear Screen Protector, it's very expensive but best of the best.

Go to GARMIN / SETTINGS / DISPLAY / BACKLIGHT OVERRIDE,

then select ALWAYS ON if you need the backlight on all the time
(the default settings is ON WHEN CHARGING + ON WHEN NAVIGATING)


p/s - Don't you notice the GPS is lagging by 3-4 seconds or 200-400meter behind your car actual position?
