I have paid on Apr 30 and until today May 16 item still no show. I accept your excuses that you are being out of town and will ship to me on May 11 (Monday). I do not know pos express will take a week to reach me here at Perak (Usually 2 days max from KL to Perak).

You did provide me a tracking number on May 14, which is still does not exist when I try to track it.
