In KL, there are 3 that I know i.e:

1) Coliseum- At Jln TAR
2) Yut Kee -Jln Dang Wangi
3) Kopitiam beside Bar council KL selling hainanese chicken rice.

Elsewhere, In Port Klang there are 2

1) Cathay Kopitiam -Famous for Chicken chop - Jln Kem
2) Kopitiam beside Toto - Jln raja muda musa (Main street) - Famous pork chop

Modern setting hainanese kopitiam surrounding KL & Selangor include:

1) Hailam Kopitiam
2) Pappa kopitiam
3) Kemaman Kopitiam
4) K3k Benta Kopitiam
5) Oldtown kopitiam

The hailam Kopitiam is very new..hehe..personally I haven't try them yet . it's located at the bck of Pappa Kopitiam Bdr Puteri Puchong but there are also outlets at Puchong Jaya, Kuchai Lama, Damansara Perdana, SS2, & their HQ is actually located in Kuala Pilah

Yeah most kopitiams are by hainanese...but those in Ipoh, not sure bcos white coffee preparation is diff frm hainanenese style.

Done title change to include all sort of Kopitiam & not limited to Hailam. U can discuss Ipoh White kopi as well as soviet koqi too.

If u dun like fish head u can order San Har bee hoon..much better than fish head but pricey...super sweet big prawn.. U can order the homemade fishcake beehoon too or Combo.. ...Dun worry about the quality of food...it's pretty personal taste...for eg..vkeong luv Equine Nasi Lemak ayam berempah but hate my recommended Puchong Prima nasi kukus ayam berempah...but for me the other wayr round..so do buntutman that only liek chinaman food

Old Kawan -My Mongolian beehoon...Altantuya fabourite probably. Mah-mah tei only. It's just like Singapore beehoon but without the pinky coloured thingy...plain coloured-lah..u know the beehoon colour...No Teh-C spesial (San Chan Teh-C)..so ordered normal Teh-C also mah-mah tei..

Wing Soon fish head + san Har combo..yeah this time around near to closing time damn salty..San Har at this time no longer juicy...Nevertheless still good as usual..

Anyway..Simple recipe...I just did it this Morning:

Mixed Sing-Sing kopi O bag + Lipton teabag + Cremer (Or evaporated milk which taste better)....+ sugar (I prefer gula melaka...for special taste)

Sing-sing taste so goooddd & no Boh tea bag lousy wan go for Lipton

Vico bankrupt chor..no choice hv to mix wth Milo + Singx2 + lipton..triple ying-yong tasted special liao...
