where did u guys download uT 1.9 beta? i tried to update my current 1.8 but it stuck at 1.8.3.. searched for torrent for 1.9.. installed it, again it stuck at 1.8.3

btw i have uTP now and many peers connected.. but download speed still around 5kb/s .. may i know why

one month before i could easily get 50kb/s even without the green arrow at the bottom..
