Anyone can find out at what price the sapcres-wa is worth to convert to mother share, assuming by the time of expiry date, the parent share price is rm0.80.

Unemployment claim wider than forecast, and all other economy data from US are bad. Look like DJIA probably going to end in red unless there is good news from the automaker bailout plan.

Water related counters are in focus again, KPS, Puncak both surge alot. If i m not mistaken, the deadline for the selangor water concessionaire consolidation is on this month, and KPS is believe to be the biggest winner. KPS is own by KDEB which is the Investment arm of Selangor Government.

JAKS and KHSB will also benefit from the consolidation as KPS is their major share holder. KPS has just acquired 10mil shares of JAKS. JAKS works with KPS for water piping and KHSB provide land acquisition for KPS.

Just my 2 cents

President George W Bush’s suggestion to allow the US auto industry to go through an “orderly bankruptcy”, dont think the news is going to be a good one.

Added on December 19, 2008, 11:11 amit could be a very bad news n global market will sink.

Is it worth to hold sapcres-wa ? I just bought some at today lowest price. Mother share price is > the exercise price of the sapcres-wa.

@viper88 - what do you think about SAPCRES-WA? Now only RM0.075. SAPCRES now RM0.765. Is it worth to hold until maturity date ?

Exercise priace : 0.71
Conversion ratio : 1 to 1
Maturity Date : 18/02/2009
