Anyone unable to load funds into Entropay recently?

I have my Public Bank Visa Electron debit card as my funding source. Normally I've been loading funds into Entropay without hiccups but the last few days cannot, Entropay says "General service error."

I've been able to buy other things online using the PB debit card so I don't think that's the problem.
