not yet burn in, I dont believe in burn in anyway...lol
I get the headphone cos its well below market price, its market price is about 100USD,so, really worth the money,
I also need to buy a mic, and theres no a500 in sight.
online can get rm220 including postage, but I bought at lyp rm239 at the hub.

Im sure headphones within the price range performs almost same, so why dont get the one which is below market price, right?
btw
the online store use city link, damn unreliable.
3 times bought item online, 1st time cant find house 2 times, 2nd time my LCD "lost" for a while somehow...wteff,
Just recently, buying wacom bamboo pen, they said I moved to other place... doh.gif
so I went down lyp, dont want to deal with lousy courier.

the headphone is good, really satisfied, just not good for plug and play.
*
@rm 239, better opt for dt231 lol doh.gif. However just enjoy your purchase whistling.gif

qoute from hardocp review
QUOTE
I picked the usual stable of first person shooters to test positional audio with these cans: the Call of Duty series, Bioshock, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and Left 4 Dead. When configuring these games, I varied my sound settings based on individual preference from stereo to headphones and more specifically, Dolby Headphone, depending on my personal preference. I have to say that in each of these games, I usually remember a mess of chaotic sounds all around me and I would use visual cues to find my objective.

The ATH-AD700 headphones though have such a great sound separation that I could close my eyes and tell myself my enemy was to my diagonal right, off in the distance and gradually closing. I did not hear explosions, screams, tank sounds, and gunfire all mashed together. I could clearly perceive the enemies behind me and to my left shooting at me, and a truck coming towards me on my right at the same time. Left 4 Dead was especially spooky because I could clearly hear an enemy coming half a block away without having seen him in the distance first.

Musical scores sounded amazing and sound effects seemed genuine. I easily preferred the crystal clear positional audio and amazing clarity in the ATH-AD700 headphones to the World of Warcraft Wireless headset we reviewed recently. The Creative WoW headset still shines brightly in the world of wireless headsets though and are highly recommended for those of you wanting wireless along with an attached microphone.

oh well, its there any gaming headset that are better than sennheiser pc360 tongue.gif
sorry im never gaming using mic, most of the time chat.. tongue.gif

thats depend on you,you required music, movies playback, then, its a good choice..
if you are into pro gaming, those siberia v2 may be better coz of flat sound, but bad music and movie playback

U mean specification or design?

If like that PC360....
WOW the ASUS XONAR_XENSE 7.1 Channels PCI-E Gaming Sound Card need around 1K+
*
sound quality lol...specification are nothing for speakers, in fact i like my dt231 with 20 Hz to 18 kHz frequency response more than my 5Hz-30kHz ad500,only your ear can be the judge..
why would you bother about headset anyway, so easy its make you easier to shout to your friend when losing doh.gif

dont forget pc360 costs usd200 on amazon...its must be uber expensive when reaching malaysia

Guys, May i know Beyerdynamic MX300 And Sennheiser PC360 which 1 better?
*
do you mean mmx300? i dont think they worth the price instead mmx2(based on dt231/dt234) are recommended. But based on user review, it put pc350 to shame link
about pc360, since pc350 having bad sound quality, maybe sennheiser does fix the pc360, it does look like hd558, maybe it does sound similar to hd558, it seems that from user review, they are sattisfy

my bet if you can manage to get mmx300 for cheap, better go for mmx300 else get for pc360 or normal audiophile headphone tongue.gif

Local disti bring ins HS1 only.. the HS1A nt here yt..

All these headset using USB do it wont be needing your X-Fi card anymore.. Just plug and play using USB.. you X-Fi you can use for your speakers..  nod.gif

If you wna to use it with your sound card can get a HS1A which doesnt use a USB but using a normal 3.5mm Jack.. icon_rolleyes.gif

usb that bundle with the headphone just plain sucks, the best way to gaming are using the expensive audiophile usb dac without any enhancement (handling music are harder than handling gaming sound)
