Rosewill RHTS-8206 is nice headset??

When you say Android, I'm assuming from your smartphone or tab.

The Rosewill 8206 is not for portable use, as first of all, this headset is heavy at 450g. 2nd is it is a USB connection with a dongle and a 3 meter long cable. And 3rd, surround sound with different small speakers that vibrate doesn't play music very well.

If you need something cheaper and with no warranty, get the Superlux HD 681. Another awesome set for a budget.

Noise cancellation? Or do you mean noise isolation?

Noise cancellation is actually a term where the headphone is purposely built with a button, that activates a frequency to kill all ambient sound from the environment. That's active noise cancellation. Not recommended for portables especially walking in the street unless you tend to travel a lot in a plane or bus. Unfortunately you can't find any good headphone with active noise cancellation for under RM200. And most critical headphones do NOT use noise cancellation, it's more of a necessity rather than a feature. People buy it for listening to music in planes because they want to silent out the continuous drone of the plane engines and air conditioning.

Noise isolation is how well the headphone pads isolate your ears against the ambient sounds of the environment and how well it keeps the sound of your music in your ear. This is passive and depends how the headphone is design whether it's a closed or open back and if the ear pads are well made to cover your ears. It's actually very easy to do this and most manufacturers can totally close up your ears if they wanted to isolate you, but it will mean your ears will be very sweaty and hot. So most headphone makers have to find a balance between noise isolation and comfort.
I use the Superlux HD 681, it's under RM100 and it'll blow your mind for that price.

Yo guise, is Plantronics headset any good?

Planning to get a new 1 since my cap ayam headset gone hay wired.

Been using those rm50 headset, wanna try something better now.

Budget : Rm200-rm250 (or rm300 max)

I've done some reading here so I know which brand is popular. Gonna go lowyat plaza soon to check those out.
