Wanna ask which headset should i get for budget RM250 to RM300? Will be able to add in a little more budget if its really worth it.

Looks like a lot of people here use Roccat Kave, Senheiser and Steel Series

I was looking at Roccat Kave but it seems a little too pricey

I'm using Roccat Kave now and thinking of changing headset as Kave is a little too heavy for my liking.

I went to take a look at Electra but the cable is too short although it feels comfortable.

Any recommendations what i should replace my Kave with? I was looking at Steelseries but my friend had bad experience using their headset(1 side sound got problem) and i'm considering Turtle Beach but unsure of their products

i bought it for 369 tongue.gif staff price
electra is for apple product if i'm not wrong, right? but you can still listen to songs though, but cannot use the microphone on normal pc/laptop.

i never try steelseries headset before so i cannot comment, but based on the feedbacks people given on the internet, i can say you can be confident with siberia v2 only. other steelseries headsets such as 7h are not recommended by the people because of the detachable design although the audio is good. yes, it can be very convenient for travelling but lesser problem for a "fixed" set. i tried asus vulcan and hell it was a hell of a headset but the detachable microphone failed me 2 times already by breaking my voice on skype, sent to warranty twice and finally sold it off.

you can look for cooler master storm sirus, it is true 5.1 and in addition, u can use the usb sound card if you don't have the 5.1 configuration on your pc/laptop or if you have a good soundcard, then you can choose to use audio jack instead. smile.gif using usb is much more convenient and better quality compared to normal audio jack but the downside is that you cannot use it with your phone.

Looks good but kinda expensive. Any recommendations for below RM300?

My bad for not mentioning my budget earlier

5.1 to 2.0 too

Its cheaper compared to Roccat Kave but it is better in its own way such as more comfortable and lighter

Kave's padding are too big/heavy for me
