the reason for the bashing of wii now are the casual games flooding the market with not much serious games coming out...
there are nitendo fans who feel insulted at how nitendo has been treating them, giving more focus on casual household gamers than dieheart fans of memorable exclusives throughout the system...
other than this, i dun actually see any more rants about the wii system...

when the new zelda/mario/metroid etc comes out, they'll be happy and excited again...
the price is a huge factor for their market share now...
it ain't last gen, its innovative in my books...
jz hope for better games to come up...

ps v3: look at this year's gaming awards for the wii platform...

and remember, the opposite of casual IS NOT HARDCORE...
so cute games is nothing wrong for hardcore ganers (see kingdom hearts, ratchet and clank, little big planet etc)

and since u like to say the software sales, look at the software sales for wii music...
having the biggest userbase, they would have the biggest market share for games sold as well...

price wise, ps3 is due to the blueray...
its still cheaper than most blueray players over there and the latest ps3 development of the RSX and CELL have reduced the cost of the ps3 further by 35%...
so pricecut for the ps3 would be coming pretty soon...

as for the cute part, u changed it from hardcore gamers to ps-gamers...
this i won't bother to research on anymore as u have changed the sentece...
again, cute games are fine when the game is cute from the examples i've given in my previous post...

against bout the graphics, check out the comparison (gamespot is a good example)...
u will see both the ps3 and 360 have its own strength in the graphics department...

exclusive wise, we would agree 2008 is the year of the ps3 exclusive (gaming awards and the number of positive reviews)...
of the 3 games u gave me, gta was never a ps exclusive (more to timed exclusive) and the same goes for dragon quest (only several games in the series was)...
as for ff, ff13 is not exclusive but ffvs13 IS exclusive...
instead u should mention tekken lol...

as for corez, look at the emoticon over there...

i'm nt concern with future games to come (the games u mentioned are not even in the context of my question AT ALL as these are big titles for the wii to come which IS NOT EVEN RELEASED FOR 2008) or etc but rather the games of 2008 for the wii...
