I've recently just downloaded this Japanese Movie but unfortunately it does not have any English subtitles on it. The format for the movie is .ogm and it supposedly have English subtitles on it. It was said that the subtitles are in .ssa format, which i have no idea what that it.
I've tried using VLC player to view the movie but when i go over the subtitle bar, it doesn't have any track1 on it, just a file browser. Is .ssa an external file which i need to download somewhere else or is it already embedded into the video?
Thanks.

SSA is Sub Station Alpha format.
If your VLC not shown the subtitle track, most probably it's appear as other download. Check at the download page, maybe you missed the info.
