It's very cheap because:

1. This is stock clearance, not PC Fair. We sell BELOW COST to clear our warehouse and recoup some money.

2. We are using our own place for this sale: no rental, transport, moving, promoters, food etc. Minimum cost, so dirt cheap prices.
