QUOTE(chriswoo @ Dec 8 2008, 06:53 PM) yup i but after a few chat with the hardware thread i found out is more worth it then HD4850 (which is my 1st choice to buy). of course, it one of the strongest single card around which performance and price ratio are good, it a bang for bucks as ppl in h hardware thread says. I only able to upgrade to AMD, cause want to try something new. |

QUOTE(chriswoo @ Dec 8 2008, 07:01 PM) well I rather spend a few hundred for a good hardware where can last for 5 to 6 years (by that time can change the whole PC) then some cheaper hardware that would end up straggling changing and upgrading in next 6 month. expect no less for the money u spend. ever think to OC it? i heard that E8400 is a good processor to OC, hahahaha.Btw now I able to play RA3, Crysis, Crysis Warhead, DMC4 with full or super detail setting and lag free. |

QUOTE(chriswoo @ Dec 8 2008, 07:07 PM) dunno since is a new PC i don't dare to OC yet but seem it already powerful enough to handle any current software in the market without a problem but maybe next 1 or 2 year i can start trying oc like what i did with my old PC p4. hahaha, that day my AMD test OC to 3ghz, very easy, but nw i'm using stock speed, cause I also dont need so much power, but now need to save money to get 4670.After that, then I can plan to re setup my old P4 again. |

QUOTE(chriswoo @ Dec 8 2008, 07:14 PM) oo ic but how come you don't want get 4850 more better since is cheap and also way faster than those gforce 9800GTX. Money, I just follow the budget that I'm able to make available, 4850 a bit out of my budget. Cause for GC, I need to earn the money myself, and currently 4670 is within my budget.Or if I'm able to find cheap 2900XT, maybe good also, or a damn damn cheap 2600XT, then I would able to focus less money on the GC, and more on GUnpla |

Lol, as long can play the game, I have no problem. If can play at the highest setting, or near that, it would be a plus, if medium also ok.But somehow I never like playing low resolution with low quality loh.
Gunpla better, u can touch touch it. But lately, I focusing on Cherudim and 00 Gundam only. Which dont need high budget, the only high budget thing I need is for some other collection. Just gotten new poison lately. |
