it's not that hard if u use magic wand... use pen tool even harder (for beginner), but will look very nice and precise.

when use magic wand, simply just click on a white spot... that particular white spot around the black line will be selected... then u can fill color by using paint bucket tool (G, shift+g)

madmoz.. photoshop is not that hard... just try to use it... you'll get a hang on it in no time... if donno how to do certain things... just google... plenty of tutorial on the net... even the video tutor..

i only use picture editor to make my avatars

I used Photoshop, Paint .net, ..... the rest is almost the same
