Just to announce there is a Mega Property Auction on 20th Dec at :-
Vronx V, Level 12 West Tower, Berjaya Times Square
10am

Good opportunity to buy houses below market rate. If you need any assistance on financing do let me know with the rate now at BLR (6.5) - 2.5% it is also the lowest in the market.
Before you bid make sure you visit the property to inspect from the outside and any other due diligence checks. Know what u are bidding rather than just looking at the pictures. Also, do set your bidding target, don't get over excited and end up higher than the market price!
