cpu temperature, is it high?

my lga775 p4 2.8ghz temp will go up to 90'C..
 i clean up all the dust stuck to the fan and heat sink my temp is about 70'C one of my friend also using this procssor and having this problem too.. i found that dis processor have temp issues..need to use a great heat sink |
