Hey guys, is there anyone here working as a contract staff for Intel? Im working as 1 right now.

May i know how do u feel working there? IMO they are very badge-ist every 1 of their facilities are labeled just for blue badge even the free drinks

You must be working in PG12. Intellier are badgist. And some of them are idiot. Most of them are selfish.

Intel like to vss employee, so they tend to be more selfish and back stabbing. I had green badge and blue badge friend working here. They all do agree with this too. Be a green badge here they call us penumpang.

Yea.. i do feel like im just a 'general worker' in there same like those normal cleaners but with an engineer tag

Why they like to vss employees? they're making profit and gaining market shares recent years.
vss makes people backstab each other and even those who stay will planning to hop. Just like my previous comp.

look for a permanent job outside or internally then~good luck!

Kinda hard to find job internally... went for a walk in interview.. the circle my resume's education section told the minimum requirement is DEGREE

do you think it's safe to accept a contract base job?
for me, nowadays can say no. If you can get permanent job too oso can consider not. Unless you get permanent gov or GLC job

Working in intel as a greenbadge is fun too bad i wont be able to enjoy the fun and all sort of stuff there anymore. While most of the GBs work their ass off the hook i believe

Actually what is Green batch and Blue batch staffs' responsible?
Big different in job scope?

Well, we can consider ourselves "under-previlege kids" there.

In BB defence, most of them are OK with GB. Of course, I had seen idiots that look down on us / ignore us when our badge is green or our email has an extra "x" on it.

One very good example is that, when we request something, the person will ask us to ask our BB sponsor / manager. When our manager calls them, the person reply back to me very unfriendly and say, I am not under his/her care, stop disturbing him/her again. My colleague even get "green badge don't have the right to request stuff, not even through their BB manager".

Then, when a BB reply stuff on behalf on themselves, the person is like..."sure, sure no problem. I will get it for you now. You need something else?" I was like......WTH? We are working for Intel for goodness sake, just that you people don't want to hire us so that we are forced to be green.".

Yup they are some badgracist in Intel. Come and visit me at PG9. I'm not discriminatory. BB or GB, you are still human

Eat canteen no discount for GB, nevermind.
BB get free buns from canteen, nevermind.
Free coffee and milo for BB only, wtf!!, nevermind.

Somemore need to put for Intel Blue Badge only! So obvious badgist. This is over badgist. Some more promotion for investment or purchasing by outside company. GB cannot play investment.

Wtf, GB no money play meh? The worst thing is BB call us GB as penumpang.

Things are kinda slow lately for Intel.Forecast drop quite a lot due to economic recession...1 to 2 weeks shutdown?Thats a lot of leave to cut for most....
