Just bought my white N97 yesterday
On my first day of use, it hanged on me 2 times and rebooted itself another 2 times! lol
Guess it's not N-series if it doesn't hang...but after upgrading to v11 firmware, it's definitely more stable (so far)

It's really an awesome device...the bigger screen really does wonders for touch-friendliness, watching videos or web browsing.
My only gripe is Symbian's touch interface is still not fully optimised for touchscreen...nowhere near iPhone's level.
Compared to my previously owned 5800XM, the N97 seems better in all respects except maybe the stereo speakers...the 5800XM's speakers seem to offer that extra oomph although the N97's speakers are still very loud and clear.
In short, i still love the N97
