just have to get use to the keyboard, first time i use also kind of uncomfortable but eventually i got used to it and no problem.

yeah too bad bout the quickoffice but i'm sure soon they will develop version 6 for this phone.

I thought all E71 user is waiting for the release of E72? Blackberry is a good device but it lacks of wifi that's what i heard la.

the slide lock thing is mainly caused by firmware, experience this at my previous Nokia 5800 as well but after a few firmware update the problem gone.

so be patient guys i'm sure next firmware will solve the issue.

ah i think wat's rattling guys, it's the spring behind the hinge of ur n97 without it you won't have that spring action when u open the qwerty keyboard.

it's normal for me la i have experience in other phones b4.
