Complaint on the defect HRV and HONDA MALAYSIA
This is my first experience with HONDA, I expect the reliability, quality and the best service. However, it does make me totally disappointed, this is not a reliable brand.
1. The car is bought on 25 of March 2015. On the first day of the car collection, on the spot I did noticed the roof seatbelt hanging and it doesnât able to plug it back. The salesman told me they will replace me the new seatbelt.
2. After replacement, it does caused the roof carpet totally scratch. After complain, they decided to replace me the new roof carpet. So, within few weeks the âNEW CARâ got its two item replacement. I doubt on professionalism and the quality of Honda.
3. At the same time, I did mention the issues of burning smell inside the car when it goes to the speed of 140km/h. They not willing to check this issues for me, by giving reason they are not unable to test at this speed and ask me to go back.
4. Two days later I get back to them, because the burning smell not only happened when it to go 140km/h, it does happened when there is a heavy acceleration. Thus, even at the speed of 100km/h it does produce the burning smell again. Next, they decided to accept the car for inspection.
5. Another two days later, they told me to have a test on the car, as they solved the problem. Too bad, the problem is still there. Even the technician have no idea on what trigger the issue. So the problem not solve. Again the next day, the car is ready for collection, however problem not solve. It remains and they forced me to take the car back and I denied. This may cause dangerous occasion such as explosive or burn.
Hereby, I would like to highlight the NEW Car within a month send to repair for a week. Seem it doesnât bring the purpose of new car, as it create so many issues to me. It does caused me to leave the job and send the car to the service center 4 times in a month due to HONDA defect new car. As the car seem bought for the purpose of repair, but not to drive.
Honda Malaysia never solve the problem, the only solution they have is continue investigating without deadline. This is a new car, it wasnât for experiment purposes. The problem cannot be solve is a fact, but still they do not want to replace me a new car. This is the last chance Iâm giving to Honda, Iâm expecting for fully refund and compensation. Otherwise, I will bring the case to the media.
