Correct me if I'm wrong, I think it is because the version of the apps is not supported by the current OS you running on. Which version you on now?

As a quick tip, just try to restart the iPod. A lot of apps in iTunes recommend iPod restart before we launch.

hehe also has anyone else noticed that camera related applications seem to rocket to the the top of the app store without going thru the top ten, then fall off just as quickly?
which is made even weirder when you think that the touch doesn't have a camera (yet =P) so at least 25% of app store users won't be downloading it (I actually have no idea what the ratio of iphone to ipod touch users is but I think 25% is a lowish estimate)

I only bring it up because pretty soon after "Asian Boobs" made number 1, "Camera Genius" seemed to appear out of nowhere to take the number 1 slot... (I'm pretty sure "Flash for Free" has just done something similar in the Free top 10 list as well, although you don't need a camera for that)

Last night I got the chance to try multi-player with Real Soccer '09 over wi-fi with a friend of mine. Not bad actually but it's easier to score against the computer than a human being, HEHE.

Can the mod that deleted my initial post about the App "Asian Boobs" please explain the reason behind it's deletion as it seems petty

lol, i've not seen nor heard of that app, but come on, it has something to do with boobs right? If yes, it should not be posted here, maybe somewhere else as this is a section where there are many young members seeking help on their iPod's. I'm sorry if the app has a different functionality, but my guess is that it contains material that is not suitable for all ages, which should be the reason why it was swept off this thread.

I would agree this is a totally valid reason, but I was only pointing out that it had reached number 1 in the (Malaysian) app store, which I found quite humorous. And the fact that it's still on the top 10 means that those younger members have a high chance of seeing it anyway even if I don't explicitly point it out

That I definitely agree with, as most iPod users would definitely check the top apps, but by posting or informing others regarding the app with explicit content, i'm sure more people would have the urge to check it out, especially the young ones. We can't blame anyone if they check the App Store top apps chart, but we for one can reduce the amount of explicit apps downloaded by youngsters. I don't even know if my reply makes any sense because i'm dead sleepy, but I hope you get my point of view on this issue. Again, no hard feelings, just voicing my opinion mate

Although any mods passing by, just consider the redundancy of forbidding discussion of material easily accessible in the subject of discussion (and also the internet in general). Perhaps the rules need a tiny little rethink to be brought more inline with those of the app store. Although I also do acknowledge that this probably won't happen for the same reasons as Playboy mentioned (what a great name for this discussion btw =P)

lol when I log into the AppStore on my iPod Touch, and looked at the No.1 app tat we Msian's spent money on downloading (which is Asian Boobs), I immediately thought "aih... well, this is Malaysia..."

I'm not against the app cuz I know many paid and downloaded it as it reached the top 1, but I think it's not a really worth it to get that app just to satisfy a certain "hunger"... summore.. the screen so small.. haha

Check out Hitz fm on the app store. Malaysian appstore to be exact. I haven't tried it yet as it requires OS3, and i'm still on ol' OS2, so yea, give it a shot. The reviews are neat, so yea
