IOI going to build Semi-D factories (60 x 141sf) and (69 x 120sf) beside tiong nam....
the price haven come out yet ...

Is there demand for this kind of medium factories?... my main purpose is to invest...i check from the sales girl...the rental can only fetch ard 3k.
