recently I've been thinking in upgrading my ultimate 32 bit to 64 bit
but what i need to know is just, can i have them both without formatting the 32 one?

if it's from the same DVD box, no...
i think the EULA got say, only 1 copy (either 64-bits or 32-bits) can exist at any one time... think got to do with the key... not sure if dual booting violates it though... |
