Hi,actually the Koi are expected completed on March 2010, but waiting CF need take for another 3 months, so that's why the SA will inform that is June..

Pls pay a visit to the site, if u do not hv construction experience, u may bring some frens with construction experience.

Those from with project execution experience will tell u.

Good luck

i do not hv housing construction experience, but i manage capex project in the magnitude of RM 150 million (cost exclude land).

i vistited KOI with the intention to snap up a 1400 sq ft left over units. The good thing is the perks given and having in mind that the original completion time (c/w VP) is March before i visited the site.

After viewing the actual units (not show unit) and discussion with frens from IJM and Sime Prop. i decided not to proceed. ONLY concern is completion.

I do not hv a crystal ball to predict the completion date and see no point to conduct project execution analysis to gauge the delay.

If u are a buyer, good luck. U may refer to ur S&P for the LAD clause.
