Yup.. old guard was actually unlicensed and was doing a lot of hanky panky stuffs like taking bribes from the african, forcing visitors to pay them for parking inside, taking bribe to remove clamps.. soo much more.

Now replaced with a well known security company and guards are very well behaved and well mannered. Security nowdays are top notch.

Recently the issue of illegal burning has also been curbed mostly due to the amount of reports and newspaper coverage.

Block D having a bad time mostly due to the metal / scrap factory .. The noise is damn bad specially at lower levels. They also operate on saturdays despite it being against the law.

The only thing left would be the attitudes of the resident. There are a minority a minority of residents that are basically either illiterate or just damn bloody idiots. Things like littering, smoking , not following rules (such as wearing proper attire while swimming). There are also residents who are bloody rude.

Aside from that i would say that it is a good place to live and the price is not bad either.

If you been Koi before you sure impress with their facilities floor. the pool, the garden are very well maintained.

Developer building another road crossing the river. The exit will likely be at the puchong-subang toll.. Once completed, it would be the best alternative route
