I went view the duplex penthouse recently.
The unit itself is massive, build quality is decent, price is cheap for a new penthouse with 6 rooms.
What I don't like:
1. Long corridors like cheap apartment/flats from lift to the unit.
2. Clueless security (i was with the agent) and we had to re-park our cars twice as the visitor parking lots aren't clearly marked and allocated.
3. It isn't that old but the common space at the lobby and inside the lift feels like i entered an 10 year old apartment/flat block from Taman Permaisuri Cheras.
4. The metal grille (part of the 3 layer security) to enter the swimming pool and garden area was rusted and paint peeling, though the swimming pool and gardens do look well kept and looks new.
5. Tenants not too sure if this is the reality but i bumped into many middle eastern/african nationals at the common areas, not too sure they're working expats or students.
6. The road going to Koi Kinrara from LDP is quite bad, after turning off from LDP and into the housing estate still okay, turn into the road leading to Koi Kinrara and other condo/apartments the road is in bad condition many potholes and speed bumps.
6 ROOMs penthouse ? just curious on the monthly maintenance fee ? The unit itself is massive, build quality is decent, price is cheap for a new penthouse with 6 rooms.
