Went to the showroom after being roped in by one of their agents at the Mid Valley property fair some weeks earlier...

Was shocked at the neighbourhood... low-cost apartment beside it, and a drive away, kampung houses. The choice of transport seems to be motorcycles (no helmets required).

A little further away, there is a river -- not a beautiful recreational scenic river but one that has the same consistency and colour as teh tarik. By the river houses many factories and with the factories what else do you see but immigrants roaming around semi-naked everywhere?

To be fair though -- the show units were quite lovely. But the kitchen joined to the living room... a bit weird lah.

I would not want to spend 300k+ on a location like that......
