Got the letter from management to pay water, electricity and accessment deposit...total rm502.18

Sunday office open? wanna go koi and pay....

I just visited and paid the MISC, water, electric and quit rent fees.

Attached are a few pics taken from level1 units...

1. The floor tiles isn't 2' x 2' (I was informed it comes with 2x2)
2. The kitchen cabinet is somehow cheap...soooo low quality.....


Anyone knows when can get keys?

i went in and they started cleaning in higher floors alr....block C.

For block D, not sure.

all the units i visited at block C, are with small tiles....

the big tiles that they claimed, is actually at toilet sink

f***ing management block access, my tenant complaint cannot go in...

didn't receive any news/letter/sms/call saying they starting collect for maintenance fee, block the access already. don't they know that they do not have any right to block access?

anyone staying there pls help me f*** the idiot management, use the f***ing phone to let ppl know if you want money...

lastly, developer responsibility for defect only last one year, i feel that the lift having sound should be in the list to developer to rectify before end of their liability period....any comment?
