Hi,thanks for your info....but why some of the things seems not in the correct side.

1)jason, the smallest one start from 270-290 k after the early bird discount.
-i went there, the sales staff did not give me such pricing,as i said...they let me know the smallest layout is already 320k.

2)Beside koi was a shit pond...try to look carefully there...
-bout this, actually the side facing Sunway is on the other direction...and Villamas,sri bayu,impian height or even Atmosphera that are facing KL view also will be viewing the shit pond rite?....confuse...

3)Villamas is one of the well known developer.
- i heard bout Villamas because my friend is living in there.His brother also got a unit there.I re-confirm not to take Atmosfera because both of their house also got water leaking problem.My friend unit took 3 months to get it done, his brother even worse...almost 9 months as the water leaking is from his upstairs and already got people living.And i purposelly went to my friend house to have a look as i was 1st attracted by the house design,but went i see from my friend unit(facing Atmosfera)...the are very close to each other....sigh....what a waste.

But anyway, thanks for your info.Will make decision only by next month after back from a short Bali trip.Until now, still stick with Koi Kinrara 1st...

-The way going to Koi is a must pass way to Atmosfera also, u mean go back Koi will see it/Go back Atmosfera wont see it...hahaha?U want people to see the shit pond.then u just need to park at the open carpark at the front of Villamas,full and nice nice view of it...no need go until Koi side...hahaha.

-Did i go everywhere saying bad/negative stuff about other developer project like u?
-Did i go tell everyone which condo they buy now will regret later like u?
-Did i go everywhere warn people which developer people will give u hard time after they pay booking(u paid booking at zen rite?)?
-Did i go stop anyone from choosing any home they like because i don't like it or not feel comfortable with it like what u did?

-As u know i am a Koi Kinrara owner, i take the risk of buying property when the project not yet start.From a empty land until now its already 19th floor, the developer itself are selling it at higher price because the cost increase & etc. All the property is the same, do u actually know what is early bird benefit when u tell people about Atmosfera giving out early bird discount? Jason understand this because he did some research, u want people to buy a property,take all the risk and when its almost done,sell it back at the same price?funny la u...u told Jason i bought it a lower price,of coz i did...Cox i bought it 1 yr ago. The early bird things is not only about discount,its about many risk a buyer have to take also for buying a property-like commit to something that is not complete.If u need more info, i think Jason can help u...with the conversation with him, i found he know alot about property.

actually no need to argue...result tells the best..for atmosfera, 1st block nearly finish, 2nd block just launch a week ed finish about 50%.

how bout koi side?

for atmosfera 2 blocks will be finished in de same time, hw bout koi???

hi there, im new to this forum. just wanna give some comment. i think i found one wierd thing here lah.... some of them was saying that koi kinrara is deep lah, shit pond lah, freebies lah this lah, that lah.... so funny lah ,,, but then i wanted to ask, what about bandar puteri ar, taman tasik prima ar, bandar bukit puchong ar, and to name a few lah.....? how to consider for that one ar....? near ar....? if is talking about deep, compairing from where to where first....? don't lah simply simply say..... no good right....!? freebies or no freebies is just a marketing strategies, just try not to give negative thing or feedback to those who is a buyer.... or even for any others properties... because everyone in this world got no right to talk bad or judge about anyone and each others. everybody is the same, i mean when going to shit.... still smelt,,,,

This one sold for so many years also belum finish selling... herm... other projects (like xtmxsferx, TS) also finish 7788 in 1 year..

this is 2nd phase.. any reason not sells not tat good?
