i will try  to get the contact of the contractor that done my friend house for Block B for the plaster ceiling.

My friend do recommend places can get cheap lightings and furniture around Puchong, but i tell him once it near completion and can get CF ready, will ask him.

Passby today... construction of Block D is almost same with Block C i think just 2 floor different. (watching from far while driving)

Hopefully Block D will be done by this end of year and get the CF before CNY.

Dunno. but i think end of the year is more reasonable....
if they are rushing for middle of the year not sure how is the workmanship...

Date of completion is 19 April 2013 as at s&p

based on their website is first quarter of 2013.
I actually hope around Jan2013... 
but really hope is to move out at asap from where i current renting..

 

The completion date is 3 years after the STAMPED date in s&p

both block c & d. cf cannot apply if either one of the block no complete.

I think both c and d can ready by year end, but to get the key and cf, next year agenda...

usually half year.

actually interior is follow the structure up also, it won't behind too much, when structure finish, interior usually behind around 3-4 floor only, so interior is not the issue, after complete structure, the balance work more to infra structure, road and sewerage, external plaster and painting. but phase 1 already done the road and sewerage, infra struture also left phase 2 area, surrounding already done( road and fencing) so actually not much work balance.
