Hi,


recently i just booked a Koi Kinrara suite facing Pool side.

Just want to check with you guys, does the Koi Kinrara there always will be JEM in the morning or evening ?

i notice the Koi Kinarara location further in compare to villamas and impian heights and seri bayu apartment, does anyone staying there?

Is this good place for me for long stay? Since they only offer 1 free parking and i forsee in future there will be stuck in the jem.

what you guys think? can share with me?

May i know which area is without any jam?Rawang?hahaha...if traffic jam also is a important prob,maybe should just consider out of town.

just for own stay. what i concern is whether the ONLY way to go out from koi will cause all the resident Jem badly or not..do you have any idea? I never been there in the morning....

Im staying in Puchong Jaya now, also scouting for condo for me & my gf.Already been to Zen & Aseana.Will visit Koi Kinrara & Atmosfera by this 1 or 2 days...After getting the number from online,i call up to Koi,they say the got a few type of layout.Which type u bought?im looking for the type facing Sunway view with balcony.They say sold out,true?I dont really believe those sales talk.

Did u visit Atmosfera also?ok?


Added on April 29, 2009, 5:45 pmVisited Koi Kinrara & Atmosfera today.Oh...both is so near only.Save alot of time to check out 2 property.Koi is already build up until 17-18th floor.Both also got their own dis/advantage.But i quite like the location there, just cross a brigde and enter a more peaceful place for living.When going in,cross by the road with trees by the side.Not bad not bad.I went there around 10am,i see those people living at Sri Bayu & Villamas aparment going out to work, i only saw local ppl no negro.Any one can confrim this?

And the best thing i wanted when go for condo, a nice view.i park my car at the villamas outdoor carpark...can see both KL & Sunway view!

But im still thinking about the pricing difference between the 2, Atmosfera 1282sf-326k & Koi KInrara 1153sf at 255k.Both also looks nice and comfortable...70k difference...but Koi dont have balcony....all sold out...sigh.Whats the point with nice view but no balcony.

But found out that next time can see Fireworks from there no need go jam all around already!

Anyone can advise abit more?

Yes, i went there today.Amosfera smallest layout start from 320k.Kinda off my budget...discussing with my gf whole day.Most probally will go with Koi,but very head pain cause the Sunway View with balcony is all sold out.

to Jesphannie- Can i have your email add?Wanted to know more about your unit that want to sell.

u can try the zest actually.... same condition but cheaper and nice environment...

jason, the smallest one start from 270-290 k after the early bird discount.

Compare to koi.

Villamas is one of the well known developer.

They offer two parking which KOI do not. Koi have 1000 empty space parking left, but management decide to use for re-sell. Imagine when this building completed build. Lets say 800 units available for KOI, 800x2=1600 new residence cars will be arround there. If you have more than one car,how you going to park your second cars? Buy the parking slot? 10k for a parking slot? worth to buy ?

Beside koi was a shit pond...try to look carefully there...

One more thing is Koi is service apartment. If you having budget on this, should you reconsider about this? Normally for electric and water bills will be more expensive to all other condos.

you should realise why KOI had released until today, how come TYPE A and TYPE F all still available, is alots man....their floor plan just like drawed by kids.....

After three years time, atmosfera will be completed build and the time if you wish to re sell or renting out. Should you go for atmosfera or Koi if you are the buyer? One is Condo one is serviced apartment. For long Term, all the fees will be definetely different.
