1. land around here is commercial when i bought it.. i believe the condos around here are all commercial land. water is basically free below certain usage, unifi ready.
2. Got foreigner but they are under observation. Raids are done frequent on 'those' unitss.
3. 0.2 /sqfeet, (sinking fund +maintenance fee)
4. Plastic factory not so much.. for the factory, recently got news saying that they are moving out soon..
5. Depends on what time.. there are 2 schools nearby so....

1. You can request to visit management office and get some info on the place and check out the facilities yourself.
