yes dover
dunno if breakdown often or not
but for such a bew building the material quality is subpar
the condition of the paint and some metal parts looked like it has been lived in for at least 5 years
the metal grille from lift lobby to pool & garden is rusty and paint peeling

Planning to get a unit here for own stay. Have a few questions to ask...

1. Is the property under residential or commercial type? Quit rent and assessment will follow which one?and other utilities such as water, electric, internet....

2. Is foreigner a lot there?I dun mind staying with them around as long as they dun create problem.

3. Maintenance fees is how much per sqf?some said 0.15, 0.18, some said 0.2, need to plan my budget...overall is it the facilities there well-maintained?

4.Is the scrap metal factory and plastic factory still a very serious issue there? or the issue can be minimize if i avoid Block D as from what i saw from previous post?

5. How about the traffic to go out from KK to LDP in the morning?

Thanks in advance. Would appreciate current owners that stay there to clear my doubt....

As far i concern koi kinrara is one of best condo being maintain in that area. You should go visit and survey own eye.

Thanks for the reply. Yea, wish to go there to see myself but there is guard house. Can i go in to observe even i dun have any friend staying there?

if the guard let you just go it, then i believe you would not buy this condo

Ask agent accompany you. What i know they have implementing 4 tier security.

1. land around here is commercial when i bought it.. i believe the condos around here are all commercial land. water is basically free below certain usage, unifi ready.

2. Got foreigner but they are under observation. Raids are done frequent on 'those' unitss.

3. 0.2 /sqfeet, (sinking fund +maintenance fee)

4. Plastic factory not so much.. for the factory, recently got news saying that they are moving out soon..

5. Depends on what time.. there are 2 schools nearby so....

That's what i am thinking. But scared later the agent will keep on chasing me to ask whether i am onz or keep spamming my phone with their advertisement.
