Yeah, its understandable.. Just worry about the safety of residents parking outside.. If you ever come back very late and don't feel safe, you can let the guard know at the guard house, and they will gladly escort you from your car to the compound. The usually ride their bicycle or follow the resident's car.

Yup they are afraid, mostly because they dont have proper ID or documentations. And if they are not causing trouble and doing things like sunbathing, i dont see any problem. As long as ppl behave is fine.

Its one of the of the requirement for the 2 new condos. If they dont comply they can't launch their unit.

The KK case was different. Most of the salesperson used this pitch to sell the unit. Its the same case as the scrap metal factory, where the salesperson told the buyer that it will move soon.. dirty tactic.

Hopefully got a new road. The scrap metal is a big problem for us who staying at KK block D. So so so noisy & dusty. Everyday from 7.30am - 8.30pm. Got cheated by the sales person.

License operation for the scrap metal operator had revoke by mpsj. Now they are illegal operating you can report to police.
