Hi, all mom with childrens... especially having children within the range of 1-3yrs old.

I wonder where can I bring my little girls to play and outing.
Megakids at Midvalley - Been there... quite ok if they can play but only the elder will play.
Sunway Lagoon - Expensive so maybe twice a year.
Zoo Negara - The animals will look at them instead of them looking at the animals.
Beach - Been to beach only twice cause not very convenient.

Please recommend place(s) that require about 30 minutes drive from puchong
(if possible lah, coz travel with kids very troublesome).
I'm very grateful if its not an expensive type of outing.

Thank you in advance.

Yes thats why Im saying bring them to a pond nearby to fish, or play badminton with them. Sports is a good bonding and growing up thing to do, reading story books to them too.

Ooops forgot about that sweat.gif

I also do not know but I guess they will not remember anything at that age, I also cant remember anything at that age.

Guess should just bring them to a park or places like KLCC water park where they will stay in your view.

I am not a mom per se, but I volunteer in helping out autistic children during my spare times so I am basically pretty good around children.

1. You could perhaps bring them to the book store where kids could pick and read any unseal books i.e popular bookstore, borders etc etc.

2. You could find some DIY stuff at the toyrus for instance Mould & Paint(b4 and after pictures attached) where you and kids could do these together or get a huge pack of beads stuff, can make nice bracelets etc etc . I did all that sometimes I just go to ToyRus gasak anything then do all these whenever I am bored….laugh.gif it cost RM20 per boxAttached Image Attached Image

3. Baking some cup cakes get them to participate during the baking process like dressing up the cup cakes etc etc

4. Bring them to shopping malls that offers kids corner with slotting machine with RM1 token per game kind

5. Bring them to the beach with sand castle mould help them building sand castle etc it can be fun yer know.

Hope all these helps

There's an art class shop (I am not sure how much they charge) but they teach your kids to draw and make handmade crafts in One Utama (I think it's at the new wing, who know the name?). You can try bringing them there?

it also depends on how far you willing to go. smile.gif Not sure if IOI Puchong is a nice place BUT you can bring them to places like Bukit Jalil or Putrajaya for strolls and all.

it not, then come to 1-Utama or The Curve and let them be awed by fancy Christmas deco.

makeupholics, 1 - 4 not practical for my girls yet. i have try bring them to beach... the elder one like it but the young one scare.. too bad beach very far. can only go during public holiday when their daddy no need work.

ladiesfashion, i think i been to curve 3x only smile.gif go garden??? for walk?? please don't ask me to walk under the hot sun, i'll be exhausted before the gals. just brought them to swim at water park yesterday. only the elder one can play long long. the young one want me to carry her and scare to go into water above her knee. since i can't swim, didn't dare to bring her deeper too.

feyhime, surely i will bring them to craft shop when the elder one start to talk human language and understand the meaning 'yes', 'no', 'look' and 'listen'.

goldfries, this christmas will be the 3rd christmas since i stay in puchong. the first two christmas went to sunway for a stroll. this year, not sure yet. see where the daddy willing to go.

rclxms.gif thanks everyone for your suggestion. my gals are very playful thou only 2yr 11mth and 1yr 7mth. the elder one not scare to try anything but the young one will cry suddenly for no reason. both never take the answer no. so i couldn't bring them out alone like some mothers do (coz for sure one will missing). elder one still baby talk and already register her for kindy next year. young one will continue bring her to office. put both together for sure i no need to work as they will fight more than play together. sweat.gif

Maybe you could try the park in Bukit Jalil. But since they are so young, just stick to shopping malls to avoid any injuries. I think Ikano Power Centre offers those cute ballons with games thingy. U may try out

Hardly to park not i scare they injured themselves but i scare they go missing. There is an occasion when play at the playground, elder one hide herself inside the "pipe" (don't really know what it is called) at the 90 degree bend so can't see her there. A kid go inside and check and pujuk her out. But don't recall which park i went.

Ikano Power Centre... been to the Curve and Ikea but never there. Don't know why my hubby nvr bring me there... Need to check it out one day.
