I stick it on the filter, because there's no other place where the host can stand still, plus the host is soft, have to find something to tie.. near there nothing to tie so stick it with the filter lor.. the inlet is infront of the bumper. 
I passed air-flow course...
It means dat only da inlet 4rom da TB or Carburetor inlet... no filter n pipe... 4 a purpose not 4 fun lor... short distance ok ar??? If driving long distance ofcuz I will install back da air filtration affraid might spoil da engine..
